From the moment I met Karen O’Gorman, of Kelley Commercial Real Estate, Inc., I knew I had the right person representing our company in looking for new office space. Coming from out of town and not really knowing the area or logistics, you have to depend on your impressions of meeting your “new” broker. Karen was just that person. From explaining the area we were looking at to showing us exactly what we had specifically asked for, showing various properties (not just her company listings) to a complete and thorough follow through once we have decided on our new “home”, Karen was there with advice and suggestions from beginning to end.
