Paula Kelley has been our commercial real estate broker since 2000.   She has successfully negotiated two renewal leases for us in our Rosslyn, VA building.   She also helped us expand and represented sublease space for us. Paula has always been very responsive to our needs.   Throughout changes in landlords, Paula continues to maintain contact with the building representatives.  She listens to our needs, worked well with our attorney and remained aware of our time constraints. In our latest lease renewal negotiation, she set aside time in her schedule to review proposals from architects and contractors for our eventual space renovation.  She is patient, trust worthy, punctual and always puts her clients’ needs as her first priority.
